Overview

Our Back to School Program supports Vancouver families by providing a new backpack with school supplies for elementary and high school students. Registration is required in advance of the event.

Date: Tuesday, August 25, 2026

Time: 9:30am – 2:30pm

Location: Boundless Vancouver, 3213 Fraser Street, Vancouver

Participation: Pre-registered families can attend on August 25th to receive their backpacks! Sorry, no walk-ins will be accepted.

Eligibility

  • Students from kindergarten to Grade 7 can apply every year.
  • High school students (Grades 8-12) can apply every two years; (if you are not sure when you last applied, we can check for you).

Registration

Registration opens July 27th and will be available until all spots are filled.

Process: registration link will be live here as of July 27th.

*Registered families will be contacted and given further event details between August 10th to 20th.
*Appointments are final, and entry will only be granted during your allotted time slot.
*If you are a guardian of the child, you will be asked to submit a legal document verifying your guardianship, such as a court document or guardianship agreement.

We process registrations on a first-come first-serve basis, while supplies last.

Please register for our event only if you do not plan to receive a backpack from another organization or agency for the 2026/2027 school year.
