Program

Our Nourishing Hope Food Program's aim is simple: To nourish hope in the lives of those in our community by meeting practical needs. Everyone deserves to have food that is healthy, appropriate to their needs and received through a dignifying experience. Starting January 8, you can access our food program on the following days:

🍎 Wednesday
🛒 Once every 2 months
📅 Appointment | 9 AM - 1 PM 

  • Appointments Required: Book up to 2 weeks ahead by calling or visiting us.
  • Personalized Support: A 30-minute meeting to support you.
  • What You’ll Receive: 2-3 boxes of food customized to your needs.

 

🍞 Friday (Limited slots)
🛒 Once every 6 weeks
📅 Drop-In | 9 AM - 2:30 PM 

  • No Appointment Needed: Drop in and book a time slot for the day
  • Quick Support: A 15-minute meeting to support you.
  • What You’ll Receive:
    A bag of non-perishable items
    A bag of fresh food (based on availability)

Our Community Fridge is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Drop in anytime to grab a snack or meal to go—everyone is welcome!

 

Please note:

  • Food is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The food we serve is at the discretion of our staff.
  • All items come from our Food Rescue Project, and availability varies daily.

Our door will always remain open to neighbours in need of food assistance and support. Through collaborations with community partners, we are thankful to be able to provide a variety of grocery items to neighbours on a biweekly or monthly basis through our appointment system.
