Seasonal Clothing Vouchers

Once each cold-weather season we distribute Salvation Army Thrift Store vouchers so neighbours can choose the winter wear that fits their lives—dignity first, no charge.

Time

  • Mondays & Tuesdays, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Starting January 26th, 2026, until the end of February (or while supplies last)

Eligibility

Low-income individuals and families who live in the City of Vancouver

What to Expect

  • Bring photo ID, proof of current address and proof of income.

  • A voucher for a Salvation Army Thrift Store will be issued which can be used during 1 visit to the store, for seasonal clothing (household and other items not included).
  • Vouchers expire after 30 days.

How to Join

Drop-in format: after an eligibility check at reception, appointments will be assigned in order. If you are not eligible for the program, we will not be able to issue a voucher for you.
