SAVE THE DATES:
A 3-part Dragon Boat Festival Celebration Cooking Class Series

The Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Tuen Ng, is a traditional Chinese festival. "Zongzi" is one of the main food items eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival. It is a rice dumpling made out of sticky or glutinous rice, wrapped in bamboo leaves to form a pyramid shape which is tied with plant stems.

In addition to the Pakistan and Syrian cooking class series, we are very delighted to announce this Cooking Class Series. You will focus on learning a particular skill in making "Zongzi" in each class. You are highly recommended to join all three classes at a discounted price to learn all skills in a progressive way!
