The Power of Giving and Receiving:
Our Beautiful Partnership with St. Alban's Anglican Church

The Salvation Army Boundless Vancouver treasures every partnership with our community partners. While we are so thankful for receiving generous support from our partners, we would also like to give when we receive it.

St. Alban's Anglican Church is one of our key community partners. Their Reaching Home Hampers focus is on providing weekly nutritious hampers for families with school-age children. They strive to meet the needs of families in an equitable manner, mindful of ethnic diversity and dietary needs.

They started picking up food from us in November 2020 and still continue today! Due to the pandemic in the past years, they found it really hard to find sources available and also struggled to get enough volunteers to help sort through the food so our food team tried to help and get it ready for them to pack into hampers. We are so glad to know that they reach over 400 children monthly struggling with food security concerns!

"We are profoundly grateful to Boundless Vancouver for their generous donation of food items which allows us to continue our mission," said Stephanie from the Reaching Home Hampers Initiative. Thanks to St. Alban's Anglican Church for giving us a chance to give and serve more and more people. Every and each partnership is precious. It helps The Salvation Army Boundless Vancouver grow and blossom.
